The Rocket Man Food Co. began in March of 2012 with the intention of bringing healthy, convenient food to the farmers markets of Cork. Since then we have done just that. We love food and we love cooking. Most of all, its about the love and respect of good ingredients. We source them from farmers we know and merchants we trust. We love to feed people and we love to eat. Of course we love to eat healthy food but if it doesn’t taste great then what’s the point? Our first question when it comes to making a dish is, “Will this taste awesome?
